9th Prenatal Visit

Ontem foi dia de consulta.
Nao comecei o dia da melhor maneira, pois depois do pequeno almoco fiquei muito mal disposta.
A consulta correu bem. A enfermeira mediu-me a tensao e pesou-me. Aumentei 1lb (453g). Peso 129lb (58.5kg).
Quando a medica chegou estivemos a falar um pouco sobre o facto de ter o pe inchado, o que e normal, e sobre as dores que tenho tido.
Disse que as dores sao as contraccoes para a preparacao para o parto e para ter atencao se ficam mais frequentes.
Mediu-me o utero 14.1 inches (36cm), ouvimos o coracao da Charlotte (140bpm) e esteve a ver a posicao em que ela esta. Ja esta virada para baixo, mas na proxima consulta ao fazer a ecografia e que vamos ficar a saber ao certo como esta.
Dia 9 de Setembro tenho nova consulta para fazer alguns exames e a ecografia das 36 semanas.


Yesterday, I had another prenatal visit.
The day didn't begin very well, because after the breakfast I got sick.
The prenatal visit went well. The nurse measured my blood pressure and weighed me. I increased 1lb and I weigh 129lb.
When the doctor came in we were talking about my swollen foot, which is normal, and about the pains I have felt. She said that the pains are the Braxton Hicks and it's the body preparing for labor. She advised me to take a look if they start to be frequent.
She measured my uterus (14.1 inches), we heard Charlotte's heartbeat (140 bpm) and she was looking which position she is. She is with her head down, but in the next appointment, after the ultrasound, we'll know exactly how and where she is.
September 9th we'll have the next prenatal visit and I'll do some exames and the 36 weeks ultrasound.
