3rd Prenatal Visit

Mais uma consulta para falarmos com a medica e saber se tudo esta bem.
Comecei por medir a tensao e pesar-me.
Em tres semanas aumentei 1lb (450g).
Quando a medica chegou  falamos de questoes relacionadas com a saude, os proximos procedimentos durante a gravidez e sobre a minha estadia no hospital.
Quanto a minha saude, tudo esta bem e que nao preciso preocupar-me com o peso pois e da minha constituicao ser magra. Disse para continuar a ter atencao ao que como para ingerir todas as proteinas necessarias.
Na proxima consulta irei fazer a tao esperada ecografia para sabermos o sexo do bebe e para o medirem.
Em relacao ao hospital, posso ter uma pessoa a dormir comigo no quarto e posso receber visitas durante todo o dia.
Estamos muito contentes com a medica, pois transmite seguranca e esclarece bem as duvidas.
Terminamos a consulta a ouvir o coracao do bebe.
Agora que esta maior e mais facil encontra-lo.
O coracao batia a 150 batimentos por minuto.
Tambem ja sinto com mais facilidade o bebe a mexer. Tem sido engracado!
Ao sairmos da clinica o desejo por panquecas surgiu e la fomos nos lanchar...


One more appointment to talk with the doctor and see if everything is alright.
They began by measuring my blood pressure and weighing me.
In 3 weeks I gained 1lb.
When the doctor came in to the room we spoke about questions related to health, to the next procedures during the pregnancy and about my stay in the hospital.
In relation to my health, everything is alright. She said that I don't need to worry with my weight because I'm thin and my weight is normal. I just have to continue to pay attention to what I eat and see if I'm eating all the proteins necessary.
At the next appointment I'll do the long awaited ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby and to measure him/her
In the hospital, I can have one person sleeping with me, in the room and I can received visitors during the day.
We are very happy with our doctor, because she transmits security and she clarifies our doubts.
We finished the prenatal visit hearing the baby's heartbeat.
Now that the baby is bigger it's easier to find him/her.
The heart was beating at 150 bpm.
Now, it's easier to feel the baby's movements. It has been funny!
When we left the clinic I felt craving for pancakes, so we had snack...
